Question by Kimmie: I read the instruction for tofu shiritaki noodle and did everything what it said?
Then I mix the noodles with mushroom cherry Tomatos cilantro garlic olive oil and a little bit of salt In a frying pan i thought it tastes pretty good but the problem is that it was rubbery how do make the noodles chewy . Because after my first two bits I couldnt keep the food down when I swollow it can any one give some ideas how to cook it better .

SHIrataki noodles just are not very chewable. They’re just never gonna be soft and al dente.
Major experience in this — you may want to find other noodles. I love shirataki noodles, tofu or otherwise. but they are not the same as rice, buckwheat or wheat noodles. They will aways be a little rubbery.

    my Missus is a Vegan & at the moment is not allowed sugar either…….so
