Easy!! cook the mac, drain, stir in the cheese, 2 Tbsp butter, the milk called for and the undiluted soup. I have also made this with diced tomatoes rather than the soup. Excellent any way you do it.

My mom used to make this for our family. You cook the macaroni first, add a couple tablespoons of butter, milk, and the cheese packet. Stir to mix and then add the soup. Reheat in an oven or microwave.
