Question by MzDiva: What would be a good cheese for a quiche?
I need a cheese idea for a quiche that will contain sun dried tomato, artichoke hearts, spinach and onion. Any ideas… was thinking Feta but that might be too tart. HELP…lol.

Sounds Italian, i recommend mozzarella or something.
