sorry but I find the clubbing music in the background super super annoying. So much so I have unsubscribed from this channel. This is a cooking show no? How about Mozart symphony 40? Something more sophisticated.

Wow I can’t believe how easy this recipe is! I have one question though. I live alone, and my freezer/fridge isn’t big enough for me to leave the soup in the pot as leftovers for another night. Would it be possible to do this over a small saute pan (size for making instant noodles type of pan)?

I simmer the soup at slowest heat for 3 hours.
What level heat do you cook at during the 3 hours?
My Taiwanese parents used to make this (or something similar). Delicious!
