  5. Hi Juan! I call it confit cuz it’s onions in a form of fat= olive oil. My
    current blend depending on how much you want to make is a couple of brown
    onions, a couple of shallots and little garlic, some salt and black pepper
    with the addition of some rosemary and thyme and I blend it all in a
    processor and use it as a spread instead of butter or I toss some into
    pasta or cook veggies in it and you can use it as a flavor for spuds or

    guy to use those wrappers but to tell the truth they are as fresh as fresh
    can get and I could slave for an hour or more making my own sheets to come
    out with the same smoothness and texture so they work great! I appreciate
    the compliment on the sauce. Much appreciated! Those tomatoes really are
    tasty, but they do need to have sugar or honey to balance the acid!
