Question by qazwsx: Did I juice my tomatoes wrong?
I just juiced a big batch of tomatoes. I cut them up and put them in the food processor, strained out the skin and seeds, and now the juice is on the fire abotu to boil. I’m reading on the internet that apparantly you have to boil the tomatoes before you juice them, like boil them while they’re still chunks. Will my juice turn out no good?

No, boiling them afterwards will have the same effect, but it will be a little harder to do. ∠°)
meh, I don’t think it matters at all. I regularly make fresh tomato sauce, and I usually blend them first, then heat the sauce. I don’t think the juice will turn no good.
