4 adults. This is just the spring salad mix by dole not including the shaved carrots,sliced radishes,sliced cucumber,cherry tomatoes,fetta cheese and balsamic vinigrette dressing
This is going along with a mixture of sour cream and cream of chicken soup with boneless skinless chicken breasts over rice.

So just a dish,right? 50g per person should do.100g if it is a starter.Add some bread with the soup
