Question by lauren_am: Is there a recipe that uses uncooked pasta and raw chicken breast?
I need to find a recipe that calls for uncooked pasta, tomato sauce and raw chicken breasts all baked together in a casserole dish. I think it might also have cheese on top. This is my sister’s favorite so I’d like to make it for her, however, if there is no such recipe then maybe just uncooked past and tomato sauce and cheese baked together without the chicken? I’ve been searching Google for an hour and I’ve come up with nothing. Please help!

Why the uncooked pasta?
The pasta requires quite a bit of water so the pasta does not get starchy and gummy. the No boil lasagna sheets are made in such a way that they do not need as much water but you still have to use quite a bit of liquid to allow the pasta to absorb the liquid.
You could do a raw rice casserole and use the chicken, lots of liquid and some veggies. You will get a pretty good casserole that way.
I have not seen a recipe for a dish that used uncooked pasta. I will be watching for recipes.
What do you think? Answer below!
very shitty red sauce.. cream should be added before adding pasta… parsley is for garnish not for accompany..
please reply if u dont agree
It sounds vaguely like Parmesan chicken. The chicken is browned a bit first on the stove top but not totally cooked before being baked in the oven. I don’t put my egg noodles in the oven– I cook them afterwards, but I think you could do them in tomato sauce in the oven, if you used enough sauce.
This is the recipe I like:
