Question by Nick P: How bad is it for me to have one Hershey’s Special Dark chocolate bars per day?
Each chocolate bar is 220 calories and 110 of them are from fat. I’m just wondering how bad that will be for me to add to my diet that consists of mostly vegetable sandwiches and sometimes tomato soup. I have trouble sometimes getting my daily calorie intake up to 2500 (I’m a male) and thought that a chocolate bar might be a good way to do it. However, I know that it’s not really the most healthy snack. What are your opinions?

wow. You don’t NEED 2500 calories, unless you are VERY active. That is bad for you, one choc. bar a day. Empty calories (calories from fat and sugar and stuff) aren’t good for you, it’s better you eat 2300 cal a day healthy stuff than 2500 a day from unhealthy stuff.
You can always have a granola bar or some fruit.
Sounds like you need more fruit and meat (protein, this includes soy milk and beans) in your diet.
