you better contact any of nearby agriculture college in your state. they are always ready to share their knowledge with you. if you have (any size of) agri land you contact to govt. Block development officer (B D O) at your district place they also has this type of knowledge. they will provide you the information about all govt schemes.

anything produced artificially by humans cannot be good for mankind… green house farming is not less harmful than using chemical fertilizers and pesticides… researchers have found that sunlight has to directly reached to the plants in natural environment for best food to be grown which will automatically increase yields.
