Question by Boogeygirl: Anyone know of some good, store brand tomato soup?
Anyone know a good brand of tomato soup that you can buy in a grocery store? I tried Campbell’s and I hated it. So preferably not any condensed soup, please.
Oh, also, I don’t mind basil in my soup so if you have a suggestion with basil, don’t hesitate to post it. But are there any without basil? The place where I used to get my tomato soup (before it shut) was just tomato without the basil. Thanks.

Progresso makes a ready to serve tomato basil that isn’t half bad but I’m a cambell’s junkie. I use milk instead of water when I make the traditional tomato condensed soup and it gives it a creamier taste. Mmm,mmm good! We had soo many cherry toms. I had to find ways to use them
up- soup,sauce & lightly roasted. Our peppers are just coming in so I will

Wolfgang Puck has a couple tomato soups that are both excellent and widely available at most grocery stores: Wolfgang Puck’s Country Tomato and Basil, and Wolfgang Puck’s Organic Classic Tomato with Basil.
Safeway, Raley’s and Bel Air all have specialty Tomato Soups they make in the store. Fabulous!
