Question by : Name of this pasta dish fried in a pan to resemble a pie?
My mom always made ‘pasta pies’ (what we always called them) when we were kids. A mixture of cooked pasta, eggs, and parm cheese, was slowly browned in a pan of olive oil, then flipped and browned on the other side.
It has to be called something other then ‘pasta pie’.

I’ve heard of it called “Spaghetti Pie” when it’s made with spaghetti. Whatever you call it, it’s delicious!
