Question by amp: What are some of the nutritional values of tomatoes?
This includes your basic red tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, and yellow tomatoes. I recently started growing a garden that is just full of them this summer and was just curious about their nuturional value, I know their taste value is definatly up there though because the ones I am growing pretty much just rock.

They have vitamin C in them.

  6. All I know is that Tomatos have a lot of Vitamin C and E, which help to make up Antioxidants. Antioxidants are said to reduce the risk of many types of cancer by helping to eliminate “Free Radicals” in your body, which often come from incomplete oxygen molecules (O2) that have been damaged.
