  1. Well lets see… maybe i think around 5,000 or something

  2. No one can give you a useful estimate based on that much information because there is no way to judge the portions consumed nor the content of tomato dressing, which could contain a lot of oil or none at all. Same thing with the corn bread. Butter could add 100 calories or more to each piece and the size and content of each serving is too variable.

What you need to do is to estimate how much of each thing is in a serving, write it down and then refer to a nutritional content list. For things like cornbread, note the size of the piece and if buttered, the amount you used. Eggs only have about 80 calories if they are average size, many of the vegetables you list are very low calorie.

Simply eat a sensible meal at you next meal and don’t obsess about one meal. You are more likely to go off the wagon if you being thinking you’ve “failed” with one meal.

  3. No, but figure items this way: Every item gets 100 calories. If it’s green it’s free. If it’s white it gets 200. A hamburger with bun, meat and toppings gets 500 because there are two pieces of white bun (400) and a patty (100) Condiments (butter, mayo, ketchup, etc.) get 100 each.
So yours is: mushrooms (100), egg (100), dressing (100)cornbread (200) for 500 and the rest is free.
And you are allowed 8 to 10 items per day for 1000 calories/daily.
This is how I do it for quick figuring and I’m skinny.
    P.S. I’m hungry now!!
