Question by BlackHawk2013: How do you get enough iron?
I noticed chocolate (or more specifically cocoa) is supposed to be high in iron, but don’t you have to be careful with that because it also has sugar. I also understand that thyme and parsley are supposed to have a lot, as well as various other things including dried tomatoes, cheerios, sunflower seeds, and dried apricots. The only problem with the herbs is they are not just directly consumed, they are used mainly in cooking. Does anyone have some professional advice?

YOU can get enough iron from having spinach, red kidney beans , black kidney beans, and moringa leaves and fruit(actually a veggie), palm dates are the high in iron ….as for herbs i dont think u could get enough from them as they are pretty much used in very small amounts only and cannot be consumed as a food source as such! >>>>
