Question by Heidi K: Any Good Recipe for Fried Green Tomatoes?
When i fry green tomatoes i use
Flour
1 tbsp. Salt
1 tbsp. Pepper
1 tbsp. Lemon Pepper
1/2 tbsp. Garlic Powder

And if any of you guys have your own recipe would you mind sharing it with all of us?

Green tomatoes
Egg white and water for the wash
Salt
Pepper
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Black pepper
A combination of flour and corn meal

***Cajun seasoning and tempura batter is really good too!
