Home garden tomatoes. Question by SKyLaR: Should I cook the veg for making salad? I am making a salad, but does any of these vegtables need to be cooked before consuming them or just eat them in raw? If so then can I just wash them and slice all of them into pieces and eat them in raw? Or any other special attention need to be taken?
