via YouTube Capture. Question by falblute: How do I build an outdoor drying tray for chilli peppers and tomatoes? I have an out-of-control garden that is putting out tomatoes and peppers to no end. I would like to take advantage of this and dry some out to use in dishes this winter, and have done research to try to find out how to build a drying tray, but nobody seems to like explaining it clearly.
