Trying to make a bread roll using bread flour, cheddar cheese and sundried tomatos- what would be the best ratio? Best answer: Answer by KA1232:1 2= Cheese 1= Tomatoes Sundried tomatoes have a strong taste, so they should be more like a seasoning, thats why I would use less tomatoes than cheese.
