As long as they are green and firm…….sure! It tastes awesome if you cut the green tomatoes up and cut breaded with fresh okra.
Yes you can as long as they are green and don’t have soft spots.
I wouldn’t do this though. Early Girls when ripe are even more delicious. Usually this a end of growing season dish for the tomatoes that didn’t ripen in time.
Why don’t you to a U-pick tomato farm and get some of theirs green? Save those homegrown flavorfull ones for later.
