Hey! Have you tried intellectus 424 diet (just google it)? Ive heard some great things about it and my mate lost a ton of weight with it.
How can I get that patch for my chef coat?
mine is 1lb. ground round, minced onions(onion flakes work well), 1 chopped garlic clove, 1/3 cup of ketchup, 1/3 cup of your favorite bbq sauce, two dashes of chili powder, one dash of cominos (cumin-optional) and salt and pepper to taste. i cook the ground round with garlic, onion, comino. once the meat is brown and fully cooked i add the ketchup, bbq sauce, and chili powder and let SIMMER for about 10 minutes. then i scoop into buns. this is greasy and DELICIOUS!! my kids devour this stuff.
Try these they are awesome

MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: Combine green pepper, sausage and onion in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Cover; microwave on HIGH, stirring after half the time, until sausage is no longer pink (7 to 9 minutes); drain off fat. Stir in ketchup, tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Cover; microwave on HIGH, stirring after half the time, until flavors are blended (3 to 6 minutes). Heat broiler. Assemble and broil sandwiches as directed above.
Something else I like to do is when I make TAcos or Burritos for dinner, I always make double meat, then the next night we have Sloppy Jose’s thats the extra taco seasoned meat and add cheese and sour cream and shredded lettuce to the top. My boys love those
I use hamburger, tomato soup, tomatoes, bell peppers, a touch of vinegar, and some grease from the grease pot (usually bacon grease). I haven’t had any complaints.
I have always just bought the packages of spices at the grocery store. You just need the meat and a can of tomatoe paste.
ewwwwwww Cream of mushroom! YUCK! I have a great recipe for sloppy joes.
1 pound of ground beef (chuck, round etc)
1 small onion, chopped fine
Cook until browned, drain well. Place back in skillet
Sauce for sloppy joes:
1/2 cup Ketchup
1 TBSP vinegar
1 TBSP Mustard
1 TBSP Worchestershire Sauce
1 TBSP Brown Sugar
(you can add more or less depending on your taste)
Mix in bowl, pour over hamburger mixture. Blend well, cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
I answered this question not to long ago. My Mother used to make them a certain way with vegetable soup, ketchup and mustard. I’ve always liked them better than the brand you mentioned. I’ll try to find the recipe.
SLOPPY JOES:
1 – 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 can Campbell’s Vegetable Soup
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 – 2 Tablespoons ketchup
hamburger rolls
Cook beef and in skillet until browned. Pour off fat. Add soup, mustard and ketchup. Heat thoroughly. Serve on rolls. Enjoy!

Twists:
Twist 1 For burger-appeal, jazz-up Sloppy Joes with additional toppings such as shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, grated cheese, sour cream or ranch dressing.
Twist 2 For a meat variation, use lean ground chicken or pork instead of beef.
Twist 3 For a Veggie-boosted Joe, stir in 1 cup (250 mL) each shredded carrot and chopped mushrooms.
Twist 4 For a high fibre alternative, try whole wheat pitas or rolls instead of sandwich buns.
Twist 5 For a chunkier Joe, use Heinz Chili Sauce, Chunky with Sweet Peppers instead of ketchup.
Twist 6 For a smokey-flavoured Joe, use one of the Heinz Western Grill BBQ Sauces instead of ketchup.
