Is it a problem if I don’t add any liquid to my canned tomatoes?

i have never added any water when canning my tomatoes. they are pretty juicy as it is. most of the time i cook a lot of the liquid off.

You should try to get as much water OUT of the tomatoes before you pack them in jars.
There should be NO air spaces between the tomatoes when put in glass
jars.
If you give the prepared tomato (e) a squeeze to remove the excess moisture and seeds before putting them in the jars.
Save the juice from the tomatoes and you can have your own tomato (e) juice. Just put in jars and process like the tomatoes.
