    i prefer with cheese myself. but never tried with tomato juice, so i can’t really say. i’ve known people to use ketchup on macaroni, though, so i guess tomato juice is kinda similar to that.

    Definitely cheese sauce with bacon, then top with slices of fresh tomato and more cheese and melt under the grill. Fabulous.

    With tomato sauce AND cheese! When I was young, my mother would take a package of Mac and Cheese, add diced SPAM, and a can of tomatoes – drained and chopped. Boy was it a good combination.

    Macaroni with tomato juice is my favorite too! I have been eating it since i was a kid! I have also tried macaroni with a can of tomato soup too. Tomato juice is the best, though.
