Not enough writing space to fully elaborate. I do add some things in according to the research I come across, foods and supplements. I tend to stick to at least a core food/supplement regime, adding and subtracting things according to general life factors. It depends on the individual needs, as to the diet and supplements they consume, and also the cost factor! Thanks for watching.
