Question by Daisy: Greek stuffed tomato recipe, plz?
My dad always remembers and compliments on a stuffed tomato dish that he had on his honeymoon in Greece more than 30 yrs ago! He said that the restaurant was in acropolis & he’ll never forget how good it tasted!
So please help me with an authentic Greek recipe for stuffed tomatoes to surprise him ^_^

Tomatoes can be stuffed with different fillings like: meat/ rice/ chicken breast/ feta cheese/ fish/ crab meat, etc.
Or, check the internet restaurants in neighborhood with acropolis, and see their menu. There you can have an idea what kind of stuffed tomato they serve, and so you can get as close as you can to the original recipe.
My advise is that you search and see Yemista recipe on the web..
