Question by Juliette: can tomato plants that are broken survive?
i had tomato plants for a month or two so far they were almost 6 inches but when i got up in the morning about half of the tomato plant was ruined if the roots were intact is it possible it will survive and grow new leaves
there is no leaves left

    kicked the ball really high and adam went to mark it but then matt ran in
    and diid a specky on adam, then they both fell and matts jaw landed on
    adams head and matts braces cut his lip then they both were knocked out for
    aout 20 seconds, every1 came running over to them and they were still
    knocked out so then mr george felt for there heart beat and luckily they
    were still alive so then they woke up

  5. Broken where? If they are broken at the stem your answer is no.

  6. You can grow a tomato plant by pinching off the suckers and putting them into the soil, I know because I did it. That being said if it’s broken off at the base I would have to say no simply because I cut my seedlings at the base when thinning them and they do not come back. If there are a couple branches still intact before the main stem broke then one of them will most likely take the place of the main stem. I’m not saying it will be as productive but it will certainly still grow. I currently have a tomato plant that was about 18 inches tall and the main stem snapped around the top. It is still growing on the back porch.
