Question by Brooke: Will going on an all Tomato soup diet help me lose weight?
I really wanna lose some weight. And I love tomato soup. I know it has a lot of sodium in it which isnt good. But if I drink water and only eat tomato soup will it help me lose weight?

You will definitely lose a lot of weight, especially water weight but you will also lose muscle mass.

Why not just eat 1200-1550 cals a day and do some cardio? That’s all you have to do. Just eating tomato soup is just starving yourself and you’ll put the weight back on as soon as you go back to eating normally. Just eat healthy and balanced, lots of veggies, fruit, whole grains, legumes, lentils, leafy greens, nuts and nut butters, seeds and seed oils, lean protein, low fat dairy. And high sodium is death in a can, yuck. Not to mention the water bloat it causes.
Yes definitely, but keep in mind, that just eating tomato soup no matter how much you like it will get really boring, plus you will lose most of the muscle weight as well as water weight. This isn’t good because the time you start eating normal food again, you will slowly put the weight back on
