Yesterday I only ate heinz tomato soup and a bowl of tinned plum tomatoes for tea.. This Morning I had a really red pooh is this normal?

Is that all your ate? I guess its possible, but i don’t know for sure. I wouldn’t worry if it only happens the one time.
