The Beefmaster tomato produces 20 lbs of tomatoes, on average, in a season (they tend to be 1-2 lbs each, average) but what part of the country you live in will affect your yield. Because it’s an indeterminate it will continue to produce for as long as the season will allow it. In my part of the country I can plant as early as January, giving me a very long harvest window, and this has allowed me to get upwards of 50 1 and 1.5 lb fruits from some plants. There are a few tricks that can extend your season but without knowing what part of the county you are in I’m afraid I can’t tell which ones would be best for you. You might want to check with your local nursery plus there are a lot of web sites out there that can help you with the info.
