I think it should because it’s acidic. To the guy below me, you’re a moron. Nothing can be an acid and a base at the same time, they are complete opposites. Acids have a pH below 7 while bases have a pH above 7. On the other hand bases have a higher pOH when compared to acids. I could get into a detailed explanation in how acids are proton donors which relate to H+ in which a hydrogen ion can donate one proton and bases are proton acceptors which can relate to OH- which can accept a proton. This would make for an acid-base REACTION which is what you are thinking of in which H+ would donate a proton to OH- (a common example). Point proven, the guy below me is a total moron who really shouldn’t be on answers because he has no clue.
