Am having a chocolate themed sweet 16 but i don’t know how to go about it. Can anyone help?

I need help badly. I live in NY so anyone that knows where i can find a nice DJ and store to buy my outfit please help me out the budget is limited.

Hey =] first off HAPPY SWEET 16!!! lol so well here it is!

favors: get a bunch of candy ( Hershey’s, peanut butter cups, m&m’s, anything chocolate =] lol ) , some 60 second nail polish, some highlighters or gel pens lol (i think they are awesome!) lol, and really anything small and sweet!
food: chocolate fountain with marshmallows, bananas, pretzel sticks, pineapple, and strawberries, have chips (any kind you like), if it is around dinner have a sandwich station with bread and ham and turkey and lettuce and tomato and mayo and mustard and cheese and all that, and for the drink have like a puch with sherbert with sprite in it, and any kind of pop
music: you can hire a DJ but they can be really expensive so what i would do is buy or ask ur parents for an early birthday present if u have an ipod or mp3 player get a sound player for it and they work really nice http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=10073979 or something like that =]
