  4. Made this tonight, came out great even without the mushrooms, there is an absolutely satisfying ‘denseness’ to the taste of the dish which is really hard to come by in vegetarian cuisine!

  6. for me I use hot sauce and herbs. When I cook for guests I season with salt to bring out the flavors of the ingredients
