Australian Ad Heinz Big Red Tomato Soup – 1990

Question by AsianHeat13: Can you add a healthy meal to my list?
What are some of your favorite healthy meals?

I think, honestly, one of mine, is grilled chicken over spinach and mixed greens. Cut up avacado, red onion, tomatoes, with a fresh squeezed lemon juice and olive oil dressing! Or salmon done in lemon, garlic, dill, and EVOO.

I’m trying to make a collection of super healthy meals! Thanks if you can add to this!
I’m asking if you have a healthy recipe to add. I am not looking for anything else, thanks.

Heathy doesn’t have to be a meal per say. Eat balanced meals. If you are trying to lose weiht green veggies and meat. And stay away from the white carbs, starch, flour, sugar. Honestly I am a country girl and could not eat what you have there. Sorry:)

  1. i have a very simple one for breakfast
whole wheat toast with honey and almond butter. thts it. almond butter is organic and its amazing =)

  2. when i’m hungry and in the mood to be healthy (:D) i make a big salad. but all it is is romaine lettuce, spinach leaves, orange/yellow/red/green peppers, and a little shredded cheese on top. its delicious. and if you want a little meat throw in a strip of grilled chicken, steak etc. but not alot, you don’t want to ruin the healthy part. throw in a salad dressing and use 2 table spoons

  3. less oily and fatty foods will surely help in losing weight. healthy foods surely include lots of fruits and vegetables.

  4. I have a new beakfast concoction and believe it or not its good AND healthy. Mix any healthy cereal of choice with apple sauce. It’s mighty good.
