Question by whatswrongwithme: Where can I find red hot tomatoes?
I had red hot tomatoes at Johnny V’s resturant in ft. lauderdale. Since then I have been trying to find where I can buy them. They were small cherry tomato size, served cut in half. Does anyone know anything about “red hot” or “fire tomatoes”? (specifically looking in Columbus ohio)
Yes, i’ve looked at all the grocery stores.

At Johnny V’s, their “red hot tomatoes” are part of their tapas tasting platter. I’m sure that the tomatoes are hot because of how they prepare them. They aren’t a special tomato that grows tasting hot. They probably pour pepper-infused olive oil based dressing on them.
