  20. Some suggestions:

-Sun dried tomato cheese spread (To make: Just add in some chopped sundried tomatoes & chopped green onions to some cream cheese)

-Toasted nut spread: Roast up some (1/4 C. of each )shelled hazelnuts, black walnuts and pecans in a small pan. Let them toast them up to release the oils but don’t let them burn, add in a little sea salt. Remove from the heat, let cool, chop them up and add to some cream cheese

-Roasted garlic cloves (removed from the garlic skins) drizzled with a little olive oil

-Dried or fresh figs. If you want you can wrap small strips of prosciutto ham around the figs for a decadent treat…this is one of my favorites.

    -Hummus (a Mediterranean chickpea dip)

-Baba Ganoush (a Middle Eastern roasted eggplant dip)

-Thin slices of grilled veggies drizzled with dressing (balsamic vinegar, olive oil, sea salt & fresh cracked pepper : Carmelized red onions, yellow & green zucchini squash, red bell peppers & mushrooms. Roast up all of the veggies and slice them to the appropriate sizes (all depends on the size of the bread you are using) and drizzle with the dressing.
