easiest thing to do is chop blend the tomatoes to make a sauce and then fry off the onions add the tomatoes and basil (add the basil at the last min if fresh) a small amount of sugar and thicken it with flour if it needs thickening. stir through your cooked pasta then plate up and grate cheese over the top if your spices include paprika stir that bad boy in as well

  3. Here’s what you do:

-Boil up your pasta to the “al dente” stage (meaning don’t over cook it). Let it drain but don’t rinse the pasta. Heat up a skillet. Add in olive oil, chopped onions & diced tomatoes. If you have garlic powder add in a little bit. When everything’s heated through, add in a little bit of cream at a time…stir constantly. Allow it to heat through. Add in chopped basil (cut it into thin ribbons “chiffonade”) and some of the cheese which will assist in adding flavor and body to the Tomato Cream Sauce. Turn off the heat. Place the pasta in a bowl and spoon the sauce over the pasta. Garnish with a little more cheese and a large sprig of basil. Done! Enjoy.

You didn’t specify what type of tomato you have.

  5. Creamy tomato sauce with basil served with pasta. The cream sauce normally has cheese in it. Quite common in Southern Italy.
