  6. not sure what sort of help you are looking for. seems to me if you know you will react in such a fashion to a food, you would avoid the food in question.

  7. I have a problem like your’s for cheerios..
I am lactose in tolerant meaning I can’t drink milk or any dairy products..
that might be your case to.. check it out..

  8. maybe you’re lactose intolerant? did the mcdonald’s stuff have cheese on it? did you eat the cereal with milk? were you eating the sauces on pasta with cheese? it’s possible that this is your culprit.

  9. You might be developing a lactose intolerance. That would explain the runs after a bowl of cereal or anything from McD’s that has dairy in it (cheese, milkshakes).

As for the red sauces, I’m not sure… could be an allergy. Maybe try laying off the dairy for a while… buy lactose-free milk for your cereal. It tastes a little sweeter than regular milk, so I rarely drink it by itself. But it’s great on cereal.

Also, you can try a product called Lactaid.. it’s basically the enzyme, lactase (which we lactose intolerant people lack). You take it right before you consume a dairy product and it helps you (or many people) digest the lactose (milk sugar) in the dairy product. For me, Lactaid helps in the immediate moment, but the diarrhea still arrives later.

I developed a lactose-intolerance in my mid thirties.

  10. There are two possibilities here, one is that you could be intolerant to Wheat, and secondly, you could be missing some good bacteria in your intestine.

So, I would start with buying a little wheat from bulk, eating it without the milk and seeing if you tolerate it, if you end up in the bathroom then you know you’re allergic to wheat, and would need to stay away from a lot of foods that contain it, McD’s buns are made with wheat and so are many of their foods. Secondly, if it continues to bother you when wheat is not the issue I would recommend you buy Acidophilus probiotic pills to help you with your digestive system to help stop the diarrhea. I take acidophilus, by Country Life, they work great, where I can eat without having to run to the bathroom.
