  1. How tall do you let the tomato plant grow before you start topping it? 6″
    or taller”
    Thanks
    Tim

  2. I forgot, I do enjoy your videos though.

  3. I found that it only gave me an error through the ios app for YouTube but
if you search for the video via safari on ios it works perfectly just FYI

  4. Holly CRAP that was a great video. :)

  5. I’ve been watching a bunch of your videos (which are great, by the way) and
I just realized that you have kind of a Bob Ross thing going on with you
voice when you’re talking about plants and gardening. Very soothing :)
Thanks for the great tips and I look forward to growing alongside you this
    season!

  6. Ray, my pumpkin just bloomed today. Two flowers. But, it was not a totally
good thing. I have those black fly’s all over the flowers. I was so upset.
There were so many of them. I thought they ate roots of the plant? What can
I do to get rid of them please? I saw a video where someone took yellow
cardboard and put honey on it. But, said, cement glue and something else
would work. Is there another way? Thanks. :o)

  7. Does your “taking clippings” technique work on pepper plants? I’ve heard
that its hard to clone them.

  8. We all have out own style and methods. Whatever works best for you is
definitely the method you should go with. My method is a building process
that enables a plant to grow in a certain way that I have seen provides
    best results. :)

  9. i love ur channel. you have such a serene and calm personality complete
opposite of mine. but hey at least we have one thing in common, and thats
our love for gardening and plants. peace praxxus. i have some seeds u might
    be intereted in.

  10. Hmm I thought that placing the dragon fruit clipping like that is quite
awkward for regular dragon fruit plant growth. Usually, yes the branches do
get heavy, so the roots are there to grab on to something so that it won’t
topple over…but I’m not too sure about regenerating the entire plant.

  11. You’ve said in other videos that you like to garden with the least amount
of hassle. If you get a large, shallow storage bin to put your transplant pot
in,it should catch most of the stuff you were dropping on your hardwood
floor. That would make cleanup simple, and you could reuse the dirt.Just a
    thought,hope it helps.

  12. I love plants this was so intereting. Thank you.

  13. Yes that was fun. Makes me want to dance outside and attack my tomato
plants with a pair of clippers. Ray those (roots) will attach themselves
and climb up anything to gain support and moisture and yes they will take
root if placed in the soil. If the dragon fruit attaches to a wall the
(roots) will leave marks on the surface of the wall which will need to be
    scrubbed off and repainted.

  14. Wow Ray! Great info about the tomato plant!! Thank you so much, so helpful!
I’m growing my 1st tomato plant inside as we speak :)

  15. Thank you Ray

  16. Hi Ray, To keep the dirt out from your nails, before working with it,
scrape a soapbar with the nails and get a smal amount of it under them.

  17. Heres some nonsense for the no sense people ‪ GM-Foods Explained: How is
Genetically Modified ‬ ‪Food made?‬ On youtube look it up.

  18. Fungus Gnats. A product called “Neem” will kill the larvae in the soil.
Flypaper or yellow sticky traps will kill the adults. These insects can
kill all of your indoor plants if left uncontrolled.

  19. Hi Ray!!! Love all your videos, they are fun to watch. You’ve inspired me
to start my own garden… I live in Puerto Rico so I can start right away…

  20. I keep getting flying insects kinda like nats in my plants that are
indoors. They seem to hover over the soil. What is up with that?

  21. I’m really curious to see how your dragonfruit goes. I was considering
starting one of those, but I don’t think I have any more room.

  22. Another 5 star video!! Ray you are the best, and yours is the best growing
channel on the internet. Please keep doing the good things you do.

  23. U can put in water n it will root too

  24. This year I’m going to try your method of “triple” tomato plant. Could i
prune them, so they don’t take up so much space ?

  25. It works but not as prefectly as with tomatoes.
