Question by honey_bear14_03: What is that one tomato food called?
It’s got a really Italian name, and you put it on bread. It’s like diced tomatoes, garlic, olive oil and basil. You put it on top of bread. I can’t remember what it’s called, but I remember making it one time and now I’m craving it really bad.
Does anybody know?

Are you talking about that thing with the bread w garlic on it, then the lettuce and tomato and the fresh motzarella balls? U can just make that-you dont need 2 know the name of it! (I personally don’t either!-lol!)
Bruschetta
1loaf (1 lb.) French bread or baguette, cut into 24 slices
1/2 cup prepared GOOD SEASONS Roasted Garlic Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix
1/2 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 large tomatoes, chopped
2 green onions, sliced
PREHEAT broiler. Place bread slices on baking sheet. Broil 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown on both sides.
MIX dressing and cheese. Reserve 1/4 cup of the dressing mixture; spread remaining dressing mixture evenly onto toast slices.
TOSS tomatoes and onions with the reserved 1/4 cup dressing mixture; spoon evenly onto bread slices.

Maybe you mean Bruschetta but Bruschetta is the bread and you make the spread to go on the bread. Bruschetta can be made of lots of things and not necessarily tomato; it can have cheese, olive paste or oil and garlic.

On bread—Bruschetta
Note: Pesto, usually sold in small jars, is commonly available in stores in green (original) or red (with sun-dried tomatoes or red bell peppers)
Bruschetta, Bread, ideally freshly sliced; Garlic; Extra-virgin Olive oil; Salt; Beans or tomatoes (optional)
Bruscetta.
It’s not pesto if it has diced chunks. Then it’s just bruschetta topping. If you look for any bruschetta recipes, the traditional ones will be topped with that tomato mixture.
