In a large pot, combine tomato sauce, sofrito sauce, sazon seasoning, adobo seasoning, oregano, and salt. Simmer over medium low heat for 5 minutes. Add meat, and cook until evenly browned. I would brown the beef in a skillet, then add that and all DRY seasonings to the crock pot and put it on low for about 6 hours. After that, add everything else, EXCEPT the water and let cook another two hours. If too thici when meat tender, add a little water.

on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some extraordinary things
about it and my sister got really defined Six pack abs and lost tons of fat
    with it.

  8. I’ve tried the raw food diet & I’m sure it’s incredibly healthy but a month
was all I lasted. I was just miserable on it & life was so hard. Your
social life is crap if you don’t eat cooked food or drink. I also lost so
much weight I looked like an aphid.

  11. Why would you not cook your food? Cooking food has lots of benefits: it
unlocks nutrition that you wouldn’t otherwise be able to get out of food,
it makes food easier to consume and also to digest.

  12. I just started a raw diet and dan’s recipes have been so helpful

quickly and veg well dont think we have enough haha and its not organic

    food and start growing organic

  16. It’s a shame that you feel the need to direct your hate towards D.You need
to ask yourself why YOU have such a problem with him??Your message screams
EGO amongst other things, and you have alot to learn if you get upset by the
sheer fact someone prefers to be naked/not wear a top! That’s Dan
prerogative..Maybe if you spent more time looking within rather than hating
on others you might find some peace in that small mind of your’s!The only
person your degrading with this message is yourself!Peace

when to make changes in my diet for good health and energy. When I do eat
meat, I think afterwards I could have skipped it. I doesn’t taste as good
as it use to. Thanks for the inspriration!

  22. Hi! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (google it)? Ive heard some
great things about it and my cousin lost tons of weight with it.

  23. awesome videos and bg

  24. @Abetterappetite How was it? It’s been 2 weeks. ^_^

  25. I love you!!!!!! You totally inspite me! I need help and you are a world of
knowledge! I’m excited to change my life!

  26. I’d brown the meat in advance,if that’s important to the recipe, then put the whole thing in the crock pot and just let it cook for the day. You might want to put the potatoes in about noon, though, or they might get over-done.

I’d experiment with the water, too. Things done in the crock pot seem to need less water than things done on the stove.

  27. I would Google “Crockpot Recipes” and use one of theirs that is close. I’ve tried converting recipes and they never turn out right. One time I tried to make beef stew in the crockpot and it still wasn’t done after 3 days and I had to throw it all out. The carrots were still raw.

  28. shake the meat in 1 cup flour seasoned with salt and pepper then browm in skillet with 2 tbl. spns oil. put everything in crockpot for about 4 hrs on high. check you water level in about 2 to 3 hrs. might have to put a little more water in it.

  29. sear the stew meat in a frying pan with a slight amount of oil. put the meat on the pan when it is really hot, you don’t want to cook the meat, but just brown the outsides.
add all the ingredients, minus the salt (you can salt after cooking) and the seared beef into your crock pot.
it should not take more than 2-3 hours to finish the dish because the meat is in smallish pieces and it will be seared already.
    good luck!!

  30. I would say by the volume of the other stuff to the water the proportions are about right. But I wouln’t try to cook stuff in the crock pot first without liquid. Crock pots aren’t meant for dry cooking.
