Question by Josie: What does it mean when I crave vinegar or tomato sauce?
I often crave vinegar or tomato sauce. My family thinks I am crazy as I will often eat a bowl full of tomato sauce (with no pasta) or will drink the vinegary salad dressings (with no salid). I am not pregnant, and have had these cravings for as long as I can remember.

Both are highly acidic. Get your blood Ph tested, I guess. Maybe your body is craving these acids because you are too alkaline.

Then again, it could just be a phase. I went through one where I would only eat scrambled eggs and unsweet tea.

  1. There’s to many critters here that eat whatever you try to plant…..i had a garden for a while and every time I went to pick something it was bitten by a rabbit or chipmunk lol

    Im not sure about that this year cause we had such a bad flood in Southern Alberta this year.
    Its sad I will be sticking to grocery store stuff this summer.

  14. I do something like this.. only it doesn’t have the squash.. but.. does have bell peppers and broccoli with the tomatoes. I sometimes make mini meatballs and add those too.

PrincessDiana i have to say, watching your videos last night really pissed me off, i was pretty dam stoned and didn’t have all the ingredients for cooking a buffet’s worth of food at 4am, so i had to settle for a huge helping of white clam sauce with pasta and spinach with crab meat. also, are you married? if so are you willing to leave your husband if i promise to let you cook most of the food?? keep up the good work and food from all over the planet is great but nothing beats italian!!!!!!!!!!
