It is high in sodium but is low calorie when made with water and not milk.

  2. Tomato soup can be an ideal dinner or lunch, as long as you don’t buy it from a fast food chain, because then it will be full of sugar. You are much better off preparing it yourself at home and sprinkling it with celery.
