  10. I did the fruit fast for 1 month. lost 19.5 Lbs. first week was the
hardest, and the last week was the easiest, so basically the longer you are
on it the easier it is. I reached my goal of 195 Lbs ( I am 6′ 2″ ) I lost
another pound, even off the fruit fast, simply because you do not eat that
    much as before.

  11. you guys are sweet…..just FYI…Lawry’s contains sugar if you were trying
    to avoid it

  12. You guys are hilarious, be careful with juicing onions though I always just
add a tiny bit like 1/3 they can be hard on your stomach.

  13. I have been doing the juice fast thing for a week now, one thing i started
to crave was something salty, so this video gave me the Idea to make soup,
a I have made 3 so far, each one gets better as i adjust the ingredients
just right. 1 carrot, half a green pepper, one quarter onion, 1/4 teaspoon
salt and sprinkled black pepper , 1 celery stick and about 6-7 paste
tomatoes ( less watery) . this is enough for 1 serving. I warmed mine up,
but not to the boiling point.

  14. Good job! I’m going to try it!

  25. I just finished eat a tweaked version of this soup/juice. I’m on a juice
fast. I added butternut squash avocado fresh basil oregano Italian parsley
jalapeño pepper it was amazing. The flavors blended great and didn’t stand
out at all. Thanks for the idea :)

  26. Yes any soup is. Here’s a healthy recipe:
    Ingredients

    4 cups chopped fresh tomatoes
    1 slice onion
    4 whole cloves
    2 cups chicken broth
    2 tablespoons butter
    2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons white sugar, or to taste

    Directions

In a stockpot, over medium heat, combine the tomatoes, onion, cloves and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, and gently boil for about 20 minutes to blend all of the flavors. Remove from heat and run the mixture through a food mill into a large bowl, or pan. Discard any stuff left over in the food mill.
In the now empty stockpot, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour to make a roux, cooking until the roux is a medium brown. Gradually whisk in a bit of the tomato mixture, so that no lumps form, then stir in the rest. Season with sugar and salt, and adjust to taste.

  27. if u have an upset stomach, nope. there is acid in that soup which will affect your ph in your stomach

  28. Anon, I have that or chicken soup.

  29. No

Tomatoes are acidic, which makes them not particularly pleasant to an upset stomach or when vomiting them back up.

  30. If you have a sore throat, the tomato soup might be a little too acidic, which could irritate your throat more. As long as you don’t have an upset tummy, I’d go with the chicken soup, or something a little bit creamy. If you don’t have a sore throat, then the tomato soup will be fine.

  31. yeeeees

  32. yes any type of soup is good to have. but chicken noodle is good because of the broth in it so chicken noodle is better but you can still have any type of soup

  33. Hot soup helps clear your nose and chest temporarily. There are no healing properties though
