Question by Manish: Is it ok to mix bitter melon juice with carrot juice or tomato juice?
I am recently diagnosed with diabetes. Bitter melons are good for diabetes, but very difficult to drink. I am allergic to its taste and smell.
if we mix two vegetable juices, do they lose their qualities because of chemical interacti8on with each other’s particles or do they become harmful in any way,which they would not be if consumed alone ?
I am taking case of bitter melon. I can not drink juice of bitter melon.
I am thinking of mixing it with tomato or carrot or any other vegetable juice. But I am not sure, how would this mixed juice affect body. Will it have same effect like consuming bitter melon juice alone ?
So here is the question, Is it ok to mix bitter melon juice with carrot juice or tomato juice or any other juice, where we can get full benefits of bitter melon juice ?

I did try with many different fruit and vegetable. If you use a juicer and not a blender to juice it it will work.
