Your signature drink should be something that you like. So even if you don’t really drink that much, you should still do a tasting to see what you like. A good bar tender will be able to listen to you and what sorts of things you like and make something up for you. Everyone’s tastes are different so it would be impossible for me to recommend something.

  1. I am not a drinker myself, but whiskey can be tougher for a non-drinker so start with something like a Vodka & Tonic (it’s actually quite good) or Vodka & Grapefruit Juice (also good) and see what the bartender could add to it to keep it tasty and unique. A touch of gin or tequila and lime juice or pineapple juice. Absolute Vodka is a good vodka. Since you are not a drinker, stay away from half of the stuff on the list. You won’t enjoy it. It takes some getting used to. I hope it works out for you. Good luck.

  2. Most people just take an existing cocktail and rename it in their honour. The easiest spirit to use would be vodka, the raspberry vodka would be a nice change.I use the following site all the time for recipes, usually turn out pretty good too

http://www.in-the-spirit.co.uk/cocktails/ – this is such an easy site to use

Just to highlight a couple for you.Yes,it states a brand name but that really doesn’t make a difference:

This one may not fit with what you have available but it has become a firm favourite of mine:

If in doubt,go for a fruity one, most people will enjoy these kind

  3. it is hard to make someone drink what they do not normally
i see no need to do this
