Question by mcel.: Would this make a good sandwich: lox and sun dried tomatoes on a toasted bagel with cream cheese?
Do you think those ingredients would be tasty together? I always have lox and cream cheese bagels, but I have some sun dried tomatoes (which I love!) and thought they might be a good addition.
i don’t have basil, but i was thinking of adding sprouts or this arugula-sprout like stuff

Personally, I would think the dried tomatoes would make it too rich. Maybe if they were minced and stirred into the cream cheese that would be better. I would actually prefer fresh tomato. And, maybe some red onion slices.
I think that sounds delicious. The arugala stuff would be great, too.
