This time we’re preparing Sun-dried Tomato Hummus. Question by who..me: sun dried tomatos? I want to make sun dried tomato’s in my dehydrator. How do I go about it? Best answer: Answer by dksimply slice the toms in eighths or smaller–not strips for use in sandwiches–you’ll lose the innards. I found it best to put screening on the tables when dehydrating anything. Especially good for the small seeds. Just make sure it is stainless steel and you won’t have any probs. cloth screens just don’t work as well. Add your own answer in the comments!
