  2. That looked really good!!!!

  3. italion dressing

  4. go to food.com but def italian dressing!

  5. If you are making one w/ mayo put your mayo in bowl then add 1/2 & 1/2 or milk till it is a dressing consistency. Need to know what flavor you are looking for to help more. but that will keep it creamy.

  6. I use a fat free Italian, or a lite vinaigrette… really any non-creamy dressing works very well… here’s my favorite easy one. Great for a hot summer afternoon!

1 box macaroni noodles, cooked and drained
    1cup frozen green peas, defrosted
    1/2 cup finely diced onion
1/2 cup red wine vinaigrette dressing

Put them all in a bowl, mix to coat, chill. Enjoy!

As easy add-ins, you can toss in bacon pieces, diced ham, diced chicken (grilled is terrific!), 1/4 cup mayo, shredded cheese, sprinkles of Parmesan, almonds, croutons… the list is really endless! It could be a side dish (mostly veggies) or a main dish (add meat). Anything goes, and it’s easy!

    Happy experimenting!

  7. This is my mother-in-law’s delicious Pasta Salad that
she makes evey Christmas for me. It’s so easy to

refrigerator for a few hours or overnight for the flavors to strike
    through.

1 onion, Preferably Vidalia, chopped evenly
2 tomatoes chopped and seeded (romas do nicely)
