Question by music_mustang66: Something sticking out of a baby tomato on the plant?
My mom has a new tomato plant, and there’s one red baby tomato on it already but there is something coming out of it at the bottom of the tomato. I’m not sure if it’s another vine but I don’t think they grow from the tomato. Can anyone tell me what it is??

we have seen tomatoes on the vine that have had the seeds inside it start sprouting and pop out of the skin and turn green and get leafs!…. really weird, but it happens…. take pics and stump your friends and the nearby university folks!…. LOL!
