Question by Mike: How to make authentic red mexican chicken sauce for buritos?
Many of the “real” mexican restruants have the shreded chicken for buritos in a red sauce. I don’t know what it is offically called so I can’t find a recipe for it.

You can use other dried red chiles for more heat.
I skip the tomato sauce and add more garlic.

  1. This is the worst recipe ever. “Double thickness” doesn’t actually work. It didn’t even hold long enough to transfer to the baking sheet. It ripped and was all mush. The filling is good though with a little bit salt and pepper
